Here is the pictorial description of how to place the boat on the Tidal Grid.

Bring boots with a grip, old clothing or coveralls, a cap is nice. There will be no dust or paint splashing, a mask is not needed. Ablative paint can be immersed in water if still a bit wet.
You will wash or brush the mud off the grid for safety. You will tie up the boat far enough forward to let people get by the stern. .
