Just
some of the December treats. Made by the Elf force at our home in Burnaby

If the
Elves arenŐt having fun than neither is the guest !

Warm nut aroma of the
fall harvest, toasted then whacked to crumbs,
contrasted with the chip of a
cranberry from the other field,
captured in the mellow tones of true butter
shortbread.
Best in the small nibble and savor as it changes to aromatic
satisfaction that lasts.
No hurry here.

Triple
Ginger:
sliced thin and baked at 350 for 12 minutes .
Aroma, then snap, then sweet then comfie then eyes
wide with ginger,
then it mellows to an aromatic lingering, fading to the next nibble.
